King of Fortune Dzambhala

Dzambhala is one of the five bodhisattvas representing wealth and prosperity.

His Excellency Dazambhala is seen as an expression of compassion, He gives sentient beings wealth and prosperity.

Legend has it that in Grdhrakuta núi mountain, when the Buddha Shakyamuni teaching the Great Prajnaparamita Sutra, some demons came to disturb and collapse the mountain. At that time, the Royal God of Wealth Dazambhala appeared and fought against the evil spirits. Buddha Shakyamuni entrusted His Majesty the God of Wealth Dazambhala to help sentient beings overcome difficulties of hunger and become a great Dharma Protector in the future.

His Holiness Gyalten Sogdzin Rinpoche taught that: The Emperor God of Wealth Dazambhala is the Protector of all lineages, Help all sentient beings eliminate all difficulties, hunger and suffering. The Prince of Wealth Dazambhala is a Compassionate Bodhisattva regarding material wealth as well as many other things, especially about Tai Bao.

His physique is low, Dzambhala, the God of Wealth, big and strong, stemming from a time when the majority believed that big was synonymous with wealth and luxury. His face took on a haughty look and sat in a regal posture.
